Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or personal preference after an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or fulfilled. Once the cancellation window has passed, the order cannot normally be cancelled.
